 Introducing the Environment House Trust (EHT)  

Environment House Trust (EHT) is an ethical investment entity, based on a collective of  individual unit holders, which owns the title to Environment House. Environment House is located at 91 Emu Bay Rd, Deloraine, in northern Tasmania (Australia). This real estate purchase by EHT offers an ethical investment opportunity for unitholders, and provides a secure home for The Environment Association and other compatible tenants.

Units in Environment House Trust are still available, at the price of $1500. The value of the units is tied to the Valuer General’s valuation. Meeting Room for Hire

The meeting room is available for hire for half or full day, for craft activities, discussion groups, lectures etc.
Charges are: Full day $30 and half day $15 (with concessions for non-funded groups).
The Environment Association Inc provides Public Liability insurance at no extra cost.
